The first days of vacation...

Every new thing is weird at the beginning and this works with going to vacation also. As my vacation started in the middle of the week it makes it somewhat harder. When you get into the rhythm of 9-5 5 days a week it is hard to get out of the cycle.

Yesterday morning was interesting: when I opened my eyes it was around 12 or so and the first thing that came to my mind was "frell I have slept in soo much that....". The first thing that came to my mind was "The frelling electric company - they had an power outage AGAIN". After starting to get dressed to go to work I finally realized - Frell I'm on a vacation. It took around 5 minutes before realizing it and well going back to sleep was out of the question...

Todays morning was a bit better - waking up at around 8 - realizing that I'm on vacation and going back to sleep wasn't that hard to do. Tho the biological clock should have an off switch for the vacation time :)

Time flies so fast...

... that a month has passed like it never existed....

So much has happened and so much has already been forgotten...

The time has passed under the star of work, more work and even more work. The end result was overdose of caffeine and lack of sleep, so I had to move to drink tea instead. This was not an easy move as I love coffee, but after few weeks its starting to produce results. The downside is that I'm becoming slower so the pressure from the work is increasing. This has created a side effect - stress. So at the end result I have been struggling with an ear infection and fever spikes. This is not too bad considering that theres 8 days until my vacation starts, so by that time I hope to well and kicking.

Anyway, I'm still alive and kicking for now and try to update this blog more often when my vacation starts.

The past, present and future...

Another month has passed since my last post - this is starting be a tedious behavior from my part. I don't know if it is me or the world thats doing it but I just cant find the time to scribble to here. I know its the summer and the weather is nice outdoors, but most of the time I spend in the office or hacking/modding Fedora 7 at home. Anyway I don't have the urge nor the energy to go outdoors and do something. Sure I attend few grills here and there but most of the time I just feel totally drained of energy.

Maybe it is the result of past events or an aftermath of medication. Maybe its both - but one is certain - if I don't get enough rest anytime soon (that is in next few months) I will blow up... This reminds me to start making big red crosses in the calendar as my vacation is ONLY 33 days away :|

Anyways a lot has happened and it look like tomorrow will be even more interesting...

If I get some rest maybe Ill write about few of them... Ill hope it doe not take another month till the next post...
